The price of Simplifi and Quicken

I purchased Quicken and Simplifi 9/17/2025. All I is to upgrade my 2014 Quicken. I did not know I would be charge for both. When I realized I was being charge $78.00 each. I was shocked.

Is there a refund for Quicken and simplifi when I cancel my subscription .Please kindly to respondto my email . [Removed - Personal Information]

I only used Quicken personnel banking.

    Quicken and Simplifi are two different products, even though both are owned by Quicken:

    • Quicken is a desktop-based program (with optional mobile/web companion apps).
    • Simplifi is 100% cloud/web-based and works primarily through your browser or mobile app.

    From your post, it sounds like you mainly want to continue using Quicken for your personal banking and request a refund for Simplifi. Can you confirm that?

    If so, you’ll need to contact Simplifi Support directly to request the refund/cancellation for that subscription.

    Quicken has a 30-days no-questions-asked refund policy in place for both Quicken Classic (the desktop/laptop product) and Quicken Simplifi (the 100% online cloud product). The 2 products are not compatible with each other.
