    Using Quicken Windows. Online backup never completes. Sent a help message, no reply so far.

    @Nancy2021 You might want to post in a Quicken Windows section of this forum; this thread was for Quicken Mac and likely won't be seen by most Quicken Windows users.

    Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am happy to help! I went ahead and moved your question to a Windows section. Thank you @jacobs!

    The user in the other thread was able to resolve this issue by connecting via Ethernet, rather than using wifi. It might be worth giving that a try first.

    If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Quicken Support directly so they can investigate and escalate if needed.

    Also, going to Help>Report a problem and submitting the report to Quicken does not get a reply. Just wanted to acknowledge that. It sends the information over, but we do not reply to those submissions.
