How can I get help to synch Quicken with Fidelity accounts? Three accounts have NOT been working properly since July 29th!!! I have been watching and reading posts be see no clear solution. Shouldn't a fix have occurred by now???!!!

My quicken advisor pointed me at which includes the information:
- If you need further assistance downloading your Fidelity account information into Quicken® or QuickBooks®, please call Fidelity at 800-544-7931 and a specialist will be able to assist you.
