Fidelity Transaction History Lost
What is the status of your attempts to correct the bug that causes years of transactions with Fidelity to be lost …. this occurred after your upgrade …

Thank you for reaching out. To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Did this issue start immediately after upgrading to version 8.3.2? Were you prompted to reauthorize your Fidelity account(s)? If you were, did the years of transactions go missing after that reauthorization? If you haven't already done so, I recommend navigating to Accounts>Hide and Show Accounts….
In the window that comes up, review for any duplicate Fidelity accounts.
If there are no duplicate accounts where those missing transactions may be located, then I recommend that you restore a backup from before the data went missing.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend navigating to NO DUPLICATIONS
Accounts>Hide and Show Accounts…I HAVE ALSO: DISCONNECTED THE ACCT AND RECONNECTED
I HAVE ALSO: DELETED THE ACCOUNT AND RECONNECTED
IN BOTH CASES, I GET THE CORRECT BALANCE FROM FIDELITY BUT THE TRANSACTIONS JUST START FROM YOUR CONVERSION DATE. THERE IS NO STARTING BALANCE SO THE DETAILED TRANSACTIONS DO NOT EQUAL THE TOTAL BALANCE. SOMEHOW, QUICKEN HAS GOT THE HISTORICAL TRANSACTIONS AS THE CURRENT TOTAL EQUALS FIDELITY BUT THE TRANSACTIONS SHOWN ONLY START FROM CONVERSION DATE.

When you go through the process to link your accounts, does the Add/Link screen in Quicken show "Add as a new account", or does it show an existing account that it's linking to?
If possible, please post a screenshot of what you are seeing when linking your accounts. You can refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot, if needed. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

ADDITIONALLY, I HAVE SEVERAL OTHER ACCOUNTS AT FIDELITY. THE SURVIVED THE UPGRADE, I.E. I HAVE A FULL TRANSACTION HISTORY.
