Indiana Members Credit Union - Express Connect
IMCU went to a new platform and provided information to disconnect and reconnect after 5 days.
Well, it's been 5 days plus. I can't re-set up as express connect. Any one know anything?
It wants me to add a new offline account.

IMCU currently only allows connection via Web Connect, where you initiate the download after logging into their website.

They previously allowed another method.

Thank you! Their transition information led me to believe that web connect is available. Probably going to stop using quicken at the renewal time. The cost is not worth all the extra steps.

Don't give up yet, this appears to be some sort of bug between Quicken, Intuit, and IMCU. To get Quicken to pull the new info, you have to manually edit the account details to remove the bank name AND account number. Then you can (attempt to) setup the new online connection.
But it doesn't work. You'll get the first screen telling you Quicken uses Intuit to connect, and clicking next should pop up the bank login page where you would normally log in and authorize the connection. But instead of doing that, Quicken will dump you straight to a New offline account setup screen.
You get this same behavior if you just try to add and setup a brand new IMCU account in Quicken.
The Quicken "specialists" / "T3" team is supposedly looking into this, but I've heard nothing back on my open ticket for more than 2 weeks now.0 -
Any progress on this? It has now been 1.5 months and still no EWC. Downloading with basic web connect is not the most customer friendly approach, either from the IMCU side or the Quicken side.

It looks like this is fixed this morning.

Nice that it is working for you. I'm still failing at any connection.

Hello @Bob Stanis,
Thank you for letting us know you're having trouble connecting. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. When did you first notice the issue? Are you seeing any error messages/codes when you try to add/update accounts? Is this happening only with Indiana Members CU, or are you having problems with multiple financial institutions? If you are not seeing any error messages/codes, then what exactly is happening when you try to add/update accounts?
I look forward to your reply!
