I have been requested to enter my Quicken ID when I re-installed my Quicken software. Please can you let me know my ID which I have misplaced. My account is up to date which you verified to my email address on Aug 21 2025. $35.87 USD.

The Quicken ID is the same UserID that is used for the account on Quicken.com. This will likely be the same email address that Quicken used to send you the account verification email that you received…perhaps your primary email?
If you still cannot remember: Go to https://myaccount.quicken.com/login and then click on Forgot your Quicken ID?

For security reasons, we’re unable to share your Quicken ID or any personal account details here in the Community. However, I was able to check internally, and can confirm that the email you’re using to sign into the Community appears to match your Quicken ID. Based on this, I also noticed internally that you have a Quicken Simplifi subscription.

You said that you installed software. Only Quicken Classic has software that needs to be downloaded and installed.
Quicken Simplifi is a web-only platform so there is no software to be downloaded and installed…just log into the account via a web browser at .
The question is, which Quicken product do you want and what did you think you ordered? Quicken Classic or Quicken Simplifi?
If you ordered Simplifi but wanted Classic, instead, then you will need to contact Quicken Support. If you placed your order for Simplifi more than 30 days ago then you are outside of the 30-days, no questions asked refund policy window, but maybe Quicken Simplifi Support can provide you with some assistance on this.
