We’re aware that some customers may see the following errors when trying to add or update accounts with Logix Federal Credit Union:

  • Quicken for Windows: CC-503
  • Quicken for Mac / Simplifi: FDP-103

Our team has already escalated this issue and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We don’t have an estimated timeframe for the fix yet, but we’ll share updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work with Logix FCU to restore connectivity.
