But if it is temporary, why has it been happening for weeks? Is there any communication between Fidelity and Quicken on this particular problem?

Thank you for your reply @smess,

That was the response I received from our team. Did you follow those instructions? If you did, what happened? If you did not, please do.

If you're still unable to connect after following those instructions, please send a problem report with log files attached (Help>Report a Problem), and let me know, so I can add you to the new ticket for the continuing issue. Please also specify if you have only NetBenefits accounts or if you also have regular Fidelity accounts. Based on the workaround posted by another user (to view it, click here), this issue may be happening to those who have Fidelity NetBenefits accounts only.

    Thank you!

Hello, I've been having this same problem of the OAuth page on Fidelity saying "The page you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again later". I have a hypothesis that this is because, in addition to a 403b, I have an (unconnected) DAF Charitable account at Fidelity and that it is the default landing page when logging into Fidelity.com. I will try the random 'make a new account' work-around that was posted. Perhaps that changes the default landing page.

I'm not trying to connect to Fidelity Investments but to Fidelity NetBenefits which according to Fidelity customer service should be a different financial institution in Quicken.

What you may be seeing in the log is that the Fidelity Investments log in page opens on the web but when I enter my credentials I always get service unavailable. I'm guessing this is because my account is with Fidelity NetBenefits, not Fidelity Investments.

Just tried to connect again and got the same error after entering my Fidelity credentials, "The page you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Just tried the trick of creating an new, empty Fidelity investment account, adding the account to Quicken and telling it to only download my 401(k). The 401(k) with Fidelity NetBenefits is the only "real" account I have at Fidelity.

At first blush this seems to be working. We'll see if it continues to work, but off to a good start.

Wouldn't think Fidelity would like this solution as it clogs up their system with dummy accounts but that's not my problem.

I sent a report log weeks back. I have both a workplace and a "real" brokerage account at Fidelity, so I already (in effect) have the workaround of having non-workplace accounts (multiple) at Fidelity.

I just sent another report . I see no end to this in sight…
