one step update summary not showing what account was updated [Edited]

Now, the One Step Update Summary doesn't show the account that was updated. This is so frustrating.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, is your One Step Update Summary screen completely blank? If not, then what does display? Please include a screenshot of what you are seeing (make sure to redact any personal information). If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    For me, the summary has not worked properly for a long, long time. It stopped working back when the optional "to do" side bar bit the dust. The summary now never shows all updated accounts and the To Do list never shows ANY accounts and continually shows that there are errors that don't exist.

    Since I previously used these two things daily, I spent a lot of time hunting for fixes. Nothing worked, so I finally stopped wasting my time. I've been using Quicken for 20 years, so this is just yet another one of those Quicken things that I hope they'll someday either fix or just remove it as a menu choice.

    Hello @bshwiff,

    Thank you for letting us know you're also having issues with the One Step Update Summary. To clarify, are you saying that the To Do list shows errors, but when you click the button to view the summary, there are no errors? Does the One Step Update Summary window itself work properly, or are you having an issue like the original poster, where it's missing information?
