I've tried to setup the online access but it failed and returned the message below. I went to the HealthEquity website but I couldn't find any message regarding terms of service approval, or a permission for thrid-party access or whatever that message means. I also tried to do the setup while logged in to the website in case a popup would show up but I didn't get one.

    Hello @Quicken Kristina :

I've followed the instructions and I'm still getting the same error code and message. I guess I'll wait until someone posts a successful connection.

The normal CC-508 troubleshooting does not resolve this error. Whatever is causing it is a result of HealthEquity going to a required passkey to log in. I actually called them today and they have no idea how to resolve it at this time, cannot even find any info on the issue in their system. However, the person I spoke to did open up a case on it for me, so maybe I'll eventually hear back from them

Schwab has a similar passkey authorization and I can download my transactions. Hopefully someone at Health Equity will figure it out.

Just got off the phone with Health Equity (had been escalated to a supervisor) and was informed that they were not going to support Quicken since they invoked Passkey. Any options for other HSA's that will work with Quicken?

They're just being lazy. If you do find out please let us know.

I agree with the last statement. I just got off a chat and received the following:

Upon checking, Quicken's current connection method doesn't support the new passkey authentication login protocol leading to failed attempts when syncing or downloading transactions. From what I can see, this has already been escalated, and we are actively working on getting this resolved. I will make sure to have this noted so once the syncing process is updated, you'll be able to do it from your end.
