Reconciling JP Morgan Investment Accounts

Does anyone know how to effectively reconcile JP Morgan investment account transactions? I can compare and check off individual transactions, but the cleared balance doesn't match anything in my statements.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out! To clarify, is it the cash balance that isn't matching up? Has the account previously been reconciled? Are there any placeholders that may account for the difference? Are you missing any holdings or seeing incorrect share balances, which may help identify where the error is coming from?

    Note that they very first thing you should do to reconcile an investment account is to make sure Quicken has the right amount of shares for each security. If they are wrong that will at least give you an indication of where to look.
