Online Billing - Any resolution? [Edited]

Online billing (has been a problem for months, as has banking transactions the past 6 mos or longer (missing 6-8 transactions a month when balancing). Every time I call in, the date is extended for fixing the online billing problem. Anyone hearing anything else? [Removed - No Soliciting] (I came from using Quickbooks, but just need something cheaper/easy for personal finances now). But the frustration is ongoing…

    Can you be more specific about what issues you are having with online billing?

    • Do you have billers that won't connect?
    • Are you receiving any messaging or errors?
    • Do you have bills due that aren't updating?
    • Are some of your billers not in the list of billers to add?

    The more information you can provide, the better.
