Has Anyone Had New Bill Manager Work?

I can't get it to find any of my accounts. Totally useless.

    • Do you receive any specific error messages or codes when it fails to find your accounts?
    • Which billers are you trying to add?

    Me neither. I abandoned use of it. went back to the old way.

    Same here. I can't get past "Identity Verification Failed" even though it never tried to authenticate me. I downgraded to Deluxe and went back to my free Credit Union Bill Pay system.
