- Do you receive any specific error messages or codes when it fails to find your accounts?
- Which billers are you trying to add?
- Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Same here. I can't get past "Identity Verification Failed" even though it never tried to authenticate me. I downgraded to Deluxe and went back to my free Credit Union Bill Pay system.
