Fidelity accounts prompting to reauthorize daily

    I've been having this same issue with Fidelity downloads for about two weeks. I have to reauthorize my accounts every day. It's a big inconvenience since I have several Quicken files that each use different Fidelity accounts. I have to reauthorize a subset of my Fidelity accounts for each of my Quicken files. Any ideas when this might be fixed?

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. Are the Fidelity accounts connected in these different Quicken files under the same login credentials with Fidelity? What error message/code do you see when you need to reauthorize your accounts? Does this happen every time you switch between files?

    I get various messages, from deleted accounts, to connection broken issues. Even now that I'm reauthorized for everything, I'm missing November downloads and trying to reconcile my accounts. When will this be fixed? I'm a 25-year user and I'm ready to quit.

    Are all of these accounts under the same login credentials with the financial institution? If they are, then when you are authorizing/reauthorizing accounts, please make sure that when you are on the financial institution website, selecting the accounts to authorize, that you leave all accounts that will be connected in any of your Quicken files selected. The reason for this is that the authorization on the financial institution website is not file-specific. If you unselect an account, it revokes authorization for all Quicken files, not just the one you're currently connecting accounts in.
