I also see this issue on Quicken Classic on Mac (I’ve submitted reports as well).

I see this on Mac Elevations as well. Although it just times out, doesn't give an error at the end. You should make sure to add this to this ticket for techs. Elevations likely added something to their login procedure (maybe the cloud are stuff) that times out.

The product you are receiving the error in is Quicken Simplifi. They have a separate Community, and an alert posted on their side for this issue as well.

Same problem since November 17 on Quicken Classic for Mac. Downloading transactions manually since then. Today Elevations transactions start downloading again. Into the wrong account. Contacted support who had me restore and re-link the accounts. At that point the problem became worse as Quicken downloaded transactions from multiple accounts (including ignored accounts) into the same account.

If this is causing data corruption (transactions going into the wrong account), is there a way to disable download capabilities in Quicken or Elevations? As a bug, this would be classified as severe because it causes data mutation by placing transactions into the wrong accounts.
