Fidelity cash balances are off
I seem to be having one of the issues mentioned in this post CTP-13955.
I did the reauthorization to Fidelity EWC+, and after restoring from backup a couple times and doing steps more slowly, I finally have a cash account again with transactions, and an 'investing' account that makes no sense. Neigher the cash or the investing account have a correct balance. They are way off.
I'm not sure how to proceed.
Please advise.

Hello @jeffreyjgray,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. You mentioned that you have both a cash account and an investing account, and neither is correct. Is the cash account in a linked checking account? If you're not sure, you can navigate to Tools>Account List, click the Edit button next to the investment account, and on the General tab, you should be able to see if the option to Show cash in a checking account is on or off.
Is the cash in your account tracked as cash or using a money market fund? If it's tracked using a money market fund, which fund is used?
How are the balances incorrect? Is there any obvious cause of the discrepancy, such as cash being counted as both cash and a holding, duplicate transactions, placeholders, etc?
I look forward to your reply!
