Here we go again! Will not download my accounts!! Funny I just paid to renew my subscription. All my other accounts work great but SCCU always some kind of an issue. I'm using Windows to run my Quicken. Anyone else having an issue, this is getting old.

    Thank you for sharing your experience, though I am sorry to hear you are having repeated issues with SCCU.

    Can you tell us exactly what you are seeing from your end?

    • When was the last time these accounts downloaded successfully?
    • Do you get an error code or messaging of any kind?
    • What, if any troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

    CC 501 code and the last time it downloaded was Nov 26. I did send a report of the failed download to Quicken.

    Same issue as Jako. Accounts not updating but no indication of an issue. Attempted to reset the connection, CC-501 after long period of time. SCCU accounts are constantly plagued with issues. When they do work transactions download as Payee of "NA"

    Now, CC 800 code and states my three accounts have been deleted! try and reload them with negative results. Its a shame I pay for this aggravation!!

    This connectivity issue extends beyond SCCU and is currently affecting multiple financial institutions. The API consistently fails to authenticate, preventing Quicken from syncing updates.

    These failures appear to be the direct result of Quicken’s poorly executed upgrade process at the backend.

    I, too, have an open support case and was informed that there is no defined SLA or estimated timeline for a resolution. This response is unacceptable given the severity of the impact on paying customers.

    Same here again… CC-501 with SCCU. Last update was 11/25/2025. Here we go again

    Also having issues for the last week. Don't get an error code, just

    Details:
    CP_SERVER_ERROR
    Expected value should match 'unique authenticationFieldId in credential array'

    Very frustrating to have to manually download transactions.

    [Removed-Disruptive] This seems to have become a constant issue with SCCU and Quicken!! And, now CC 800 code, my accounts appear deleted?

    Not the type of service a recent price increase justifies! The issue with SCCU has been going on for over a year!

    Same lack of connection here some time after 11/21/25. Version R65.17, Build 27.1.65.17

    1. Quicken repeatedly fails to download transactions from multiple SCCU accounts during OSU.
    2. Q fails to notify User that connection with SCCU was not made during OSU.
    3. Q + SCCU fail to connect after user-initiated account resets. Screen shows "Oops, we're having a problem" and error code CC-501
    4. Q Account Details > Online Services requires entirely new on-line account set-up and activation of OSU. After starting that process, progress circle goes around with "Looking for your accounts at Space Coast Credit Union." A few minutes pass until screen again displays 'Oops, we're having a problem" and error code CC-501

    Like others, I've spent high-end double-digit hours troubleshooting various SCCU and Quicken connection problems and download errors since at least Oct 2024. Used Quicken for 25-30 years

    I also reported via Help > Report a Problem from Quicken Toolbar.

    I'm having the same issue. What's worse is that is a constant issue between SCCU and Quicken. The connection between the 2 has been inconsistent for over a year and both sides point the finger at each other.
