CC-501 Ameris Bank-GA [Edited]
I can't update data from Ameris Bank-GA and the problem is over a week old (CC-501 error). I've called support three times but are always told "we're working on it". How long does it take to remedy the situation. I've used this software for years with no issues related to updating with this bank. When will this be resolved?

CC-501 with Ameris Bank is currently part of a larger Known Issue affecting multiple banks. The issue has been escalated internally, and our teams are working toward a resolution. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA as to when this will be resolved.
