I Can't upload PDF files, photos to life hub
I have uploaded many documents in the past, but for past few days, have not been able to upload pdf docs, photos (either from files or taken as part of the mobile app) the past few days. I work on a Mac, using the online desktop version and also have the online version for my iPhone. I have been unsuccessful on both Mac and iPhone. I upload the docs and photos, it goes through an upload process, then after a couple of minutes, I get a message that "something went wrong Our apologies for the inconvenience, please try again." Is something going on with Quicken over the past few days?

I had the same problem with uploading PDFs using a Mac and the online desktop version. I was able to upload one PDF (it took a minute or so) but when I click on it to view, it says:
"File has an issue It seems there's a problem with this file. Try re-uploading or using another version if possible."
Yet I can open it and print it. Also, I had to add it manually because I also got the "Something went wrong" error message when I tried Smart Add.

Hello All,
Thank you both for reporting the issues you are having.
You are not alone in what you are experiencing. This issue has been escalated internally, and I will add you both to the escalation ticket. If you can grab a screenshot of the errors you are receiving, that would be helpful.

Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Unfortunately, I do not have a fix or an ETA at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Thank you!

@Quicken Alyssa I'm able to upload PDFs now but only manually. When I try to use Smart Add, I usually get an error message after the AI magic tries to process it. See screenshot.

@Quicken Alyssa It's better, but the AI could still use some work. As a test, I uploaded a PDF of a health insurance card. The first time it recognized it as health insurance and correctly found the Member ID and Group number. But when I deleted it and uploaded a two-page PDF of the same card that also showed the back of it, it failed to identify the Member ID on the front. (It did find the Group number, whose font is smaller than the Member ID's).
Hope this is helpful…
