National Bank Financial (nbfwm.ca)

When I try to connect to National Bank Financial (bnfwm.ca), I get my accounts in National Bank Direct Brokerage (w3.nbdb.ca). Same credential are used by both institutions.

I think that the National Bank Financial link is using the wrong server site.

    Thanks for reaching out! I want to make sure I understand your situation correctly. When you try to connect to National Bank Financial (nbfwm.ca) in Quicken, it’s actually pulling in accounts from National Bank Direct Brokerage (w3.nbdb.ca).

    Could you clarify:

    1. Are your National Bank Financial accounts separate from your brokerage accounts?
    2. Are you expecting Quicken to connect to your NBF accounts specifically, rather than pulling in the brokerage accounts?

    If it turns out Quicken is using the wrong URL, the financial institution would need to submit a request to have it updated within Quicken. For more information, please review the section titled "How can I fix an incorrect Homepage URL?" found in this support article.
