Thank you for reaching out! To answer your question, if there isn't a specific connection option for those cards, and the existing connections don't work, then they likely aren't supported in Quicken. There is an ongoing discussion about being unable to connect Walmart OnePay:

If the Venmo card can be accessed only through Venmo's app, you may need to reach out to Venmo to request they support Quicken.

To manually import transactions, you would want to check the financial institution website to see if they offer downloads using the QFX or Web Connect format. If QFX/Web Connect isn't an option, if the financial institution offers CSV, that may also be an option. However, since Quicken requires that the file meet strict formatting requirements, it may be a lot of work to manually format it properly for import.
