I have the same issue after an update to the Windows version.

    Hello @TooManyHobbies,

Thanks for reaching out! To help narrow this down, could you please provide a bit more detail about what you’re seeing?

    • Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: drive) or a cloud-based/external location (OneDrive, Dropbox, USB, network drive, etc.)?
    • When did this issue first start occurring—immediately after the update, or some time later?
    • Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, which ones and what were the results?
    • Were there any other significant changes to your system around the same time (Windows updates, antivirus/security software changes, new installations, etc.)?

    Additionally, please let us know:

    • Whether this is happening in all accounts or only specific ones.
    • If the behavior occurs only with downloaded transactions or also with manually entered ones.

This information will help us better understand the scope of the issue and determine next steps.

    Thank you!

    Hello @kipick,

Thanks for the details. Could you clarify if this issue is happening across multiple accounts or financial institutions, or is it only occurring with a single account or financial institution? Please include the name(s) of the financial institution(s) as well.

    Thank you!

But at a single financial institution? Or multiple? And which?

And, did you change download methods (say, Direct Connect to Express Web Connect) just before this started?

@kipick Thanks for sharing these details. This duplicate transaction behavior is part of a known issue that has been escalated internally, though we don’t have an ETA for a resolution at this time.

To help our teams investigate further, please submit the following via Help > Report a Problem in Quicken:

    • Log files from the accounts showing duplicate transactions
    • Screenshots illustrating the duplicates
    • A sanitized copy of your data file (with sensitive information removed) image.png

Providing these reports helps our teams reproduce and analyze the issue more effectively. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue working on this.

    Thank you!
