We’re currently aware of an issue where some customers may receive FDP-102 or CC-502 errors when connecting to Nationwide Retirement Solutions in Quicken Classic and Simplifi.

This is a known issue and has been escalated to our teams for investigation. At this time, we don’t have an estimated resolution, but we’re actively working on it.
