Online billers - ongoing issues

OK, seems EVERY online biller is broken in QWIN. I have a bill that should show for 1/7/26. It shows for 2/7/26. Every time I change it, it comes back. This is in reminders. NO bill this month and there are 3 so far, has shown in Online Billers in QWIN.

Now, as most know, its near impossible to see a new Online Bill come in in QMAC. I see no indication except maybe under the eBill column. So if that is the only indication - no alert, no icon, no bullet -then all have come in perfectly on time on QMAC. But, if there should be some other indication, those might not be coming in.

    Billers are SO broken.

AND, T-Mobile is stuck on "Awaiting First Bill" after trying to get it to work and deleting and re-adding. used to work. I fear that is now broken as well. BOTH Win and Mac.

    Thank you for the updates,

The ticket for billers not updating is still open and ongoing. No new updates are available yet.

    Thank you!

QWIN: Deleting and recreating the reminder for American Express got that bill working. Not so with Chase Amazon Prime.

Not ONE bill retrieved by QWIN this month. Only one more to come. Aside from Fidelity which is broken in BOTH Qwin and Qmac.

And reminders so out of sorts in Qwin. I change a next due 3/9/26 to 2/9/26 and next update switches it back again missing a month. I change amount projected from 51.89 to 0.00 and yet again switches back to last payment amount after OSU. Broken. Terribly.

Yet another month with no bills updating. Again, I remove them through ""Manage Online Billers" and then readd them through "Bills from connected accounts" and now that is not even showing correctly. Card balances are showing as a credit balance on Chase accounts. Other accounts have not given me an option to add through "Bills from connected accounts" as of yet.

And one is showing a credit balance while "awaiting next bill":

Paycheck reminder still changes the amount after every OSU.

    Quicken;

With so many issues with Online Bills not performing as promised along with with so few Online Biller options, as chronicled here and in other posts, it's time to suspend this feature and stop using your paying customers as "beta testers" for this feature (of which I am one of). Work out all the bugs first (or at least 98% of them), and then introduce the feature. If it wasn't for the fact that Quicken has a monopoly on this niche software, this and previous faux pas regarding other recent Quicken issues would certainly be driving away customers. In the end, it should be about quality of the product above all else!

I have been a Quicken user since 1994 and I have always been a fan of Quicken as it is very helpful to aggregate all my financial data. I just purchased premium for $60 and wasn't really happy with all the ongoing problems.

My feeling is Quicken can't do any advanced features at all. It's great as a register to categorize transactions and run reports and to keep track of investments. But forget the online features.

Online billers - doesn't work and useless

Bill and Income Reminders - doesn't work - the reminders are pushed out a month so that is useless

Mobile & Web - I haven't tried in probably 6-7 years, but that corrupted all my data so that is useless

Even the credit score used to show the actual score on the main screen, but now it shows 0 which is just a bug that seems like it would be easy to fix but this has been many years. Why show a zero?

I also check the community board once in a while and can't believe the # of banking issues. I feel like the owners have limited costs significantly and enjoy the revenue stream. But eventually this business formula is a recipe for bankruptcy, which will make me sad after using the program so long.

Well, it looks like QWin is not getting any of my bills any longer. None.

To make it worse, new issues. Reminders are skipping months and correcting them reverts to wrong again after each OSU. For example, Bill A due 2/9/26 changes to 3/9/26. Consistently.

THEN, bills with 0.00 in the reminder are changing to the last amount paid. Again, fix, OSU back to bad. Every time.

    Yep, I reported this.

So if possible, Online Billers are at their lowest point ever. None working in Windows. Some "appear" to be working in Mac.

It was nice having the biller work in the old version but ever since the new and improved biller came out - it hasn't worked. Very frustrating because the issue still remain unresolved months later. Just installed version R65.29, build 27.1.65.29 and no update to biller was included.

I have not seen one improvement since release. Of 11 I used previously, there are only 4 showing available. 2 had worked but 1 (Comcast) failed to report last months bill.

Thank you for the update @Bob.,

Are the reminders that are getting skipped and/or changed when you run One Step Update linked to online billers, are they manual, or both? How far in advance are the reminders set to remind you (3 days, 1 week, 1 month, etc.)?

    Thank you!

    Hi @Quicken Kristina

All my reminders are set to 7 days.

Let me give you one example though I am sure I have others and other users have mentioned similar:

I have a bill due 1/9/26. I skip it. The reminder then goes to 3/9/26! Most times, if I change that back to 1/9 (or back to 0.00 instead of the last paid amount) then go to OSU, it could not be 4/9!! or the wrong amount due back again.

This unquestionably has gotten worse in last two Quicken updates. Previously, was a relatively easy correction. Not the only "possible" correction is to remove the reminder and create new fro the link to biller dialog.

I have three examples of Manual Reminders reverting to incorrect dates despite several attempts to resolve the issue. I have given up on the Online Billers as they have entirely failed. Deleting and re-adding online billers is no longer working, so there is no value in projecting balances. I agree with carlj07, withdraw the online billers feature until the vast majority of issues are resolved.

    I disagree.

    FIX IT!

Stop developing ANY new features until the ones we have work! Focus Beta testing on existing broken features with clearly defined use cases.

    My opinion, of course.

I've had the same issue now as well for several months. As I look over these responses from the Quicken folks, I'm reminded of hitting a tier-1 support wall on other help desks. None of these responses make me feel as though we're getting to the engineering level. 10 years on a help desk of my own tell me this is what we're seeing.

Sure, I could do validates and super validates, and that would find & repair problems with my own file. But when so many people have reported this now, I think it's a good idea to state why doing that is expected to work. I get the need to keep some aspects of the software confidential, but this is just so much busy work without any known value.

I think we've deserved to see some value since, as has been mentioned, a potion of the product we're paying for isn't working with no real end in sight.

    Hello @jcreegan,

Thank you for providing your feedback. The Community is mainly a user-to-user forum with a small number of moderators who can troubleshoot with you. If you are trying to get an issue escalated, it is faster to contact Quicken Support directly, as they have access to tools we can't access on the Community and they're able to escalate issues as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!
