R65.29 Quicken Classic Premier upcoming bills not updating

I am using R65.29 Quicken Classic Premier and now after the update to the way Quicken connect to the banks (new way based on Quicken) the bills are not updating, the bills are showing "Awaiting next bill". It was working fine before. I already tried: Review and Repairs Online Billers, restoring from backups, removing and adding the bills. I am paying for the "Bill Manager Standard".

I need help with this asap. [Removed - Profanity]

    What you’re running into is a known issue that’s already been escalated internally. At this time, there’s no ETA for a fix, but the teams are actively working on it.

    To aid the investigation, please submit your log files from within Quicken:
    Help > Report a Problem

    • Log files
    • A screenshot of the issue
    • A sanitized data file
    • A short description mentioning bills stuck on “Awaiting next bill”
    • Reference CTP-15189 in the description
