No problem downlaoding from Optun's site until last week, Help.

    To start, can you please confirm whether you’re receiving the OL-221A/OL-221B error while using Direct Connect with Optum Bank, or if this is occurring when downloading via another connection method (such as Web Connect/QFX)?

    This error typically indicates an issue with the data being provided by the financial institution. Even if you’re able to sign in successfully on Optum’s website, Quicken can still return this error if the file format or server response has changed on the bank’s end.

    Optum has confirmed to me today (after MANY attempts to get them to understand this was for QFX export from their site and not from directly within quicken) they're aware of this issue and are targeting a fix on January 9th.
