Do we have to reauthorize our Citizens accounts every time we want to download transactions? Quicken Classic subscription Windows 10

    No, you should not have to reauthorize accounts every time you download transactions. I have some follow-up questions for you:

    • What exactly are you seeing from your end?
      • What occurs when you try to update your accounts?
    • Are you getting any error codes?
    • How long has this issue been happening?
    • How are you opening Quicken?
      • Are you using the red square application icon, or does the icon look more like a red or white sheet of paper with the corner folded down?
    • Where is your data file located?
    • Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like Dropbox, Norton, or OneDrive?
