USAA transactions not downloading payees
Since sometime in December all my USAA is downloading is my name and the amount of the transaction. No payee - just the amount paid. They have removed the Quicken download button - the only way to download now is PDF file. Any clues???
I have talked to an agent today, and all I got was they've changed things and this is how it's going to be now. I can't believe I am the only one that downloads my transactions.

Thank you for reaching out! There is currently a known issue with missing transactions from USAA, but it sounds like the issue you're encountering is different, since transactions are downloading, but are missing the Payee.
To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information:
- What kind of account(s) is this happening in (checking, savings, etc.)?
- If you right click on one of the problem transactions and select the Revert to option, does the correct Payee get filled in?
- Have you navigated to Tools>Renaming Rules to confirm if the issue is being caused by an overly general rule?
