Asset graph does not match numerical asset amount

My wife and I both use Quicken Classic Premier on Windows. I have our "home page" set up to include (among other things) a rolling monthly graph showing assets, liabilities, and net worth. There is a bar that shows each amount … the main part of the current bar shows asset amount, and there is a "red dot" that represents current net worth. The bar and the dot show the amount when I hover my mouse over them. Above the bar and to the right side are numerical amounts that show current assets, liabilities and net worth. (Also another numerical column shows what those values were a year ago). On my graph, the amounts when I hover over the bar/dot exactly match the numbers above. My wife's do not match. Her bar for assets shows a different number from the number above it. Also her net worth "dot" shows a different number from the number above it labeled "net worth". What would cause the numbers on her graph/numerical column to be different?

I hope I somewhat made the question clear! Thanks for any help.

    Hello @Doug,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. The first thing I recommend checking is the report settings. It's possible that the accounts selected/excluded could be the reason for the discrepancy. If that isn't the cause, screenshots of what you're seeing and a description of what customizations you're using in the report may help troubleshoot further. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please redact personal information from any screenshots you share on the Community.

I look forward to your reply!
