RESOLVED 1/22/25 No Transactions for Fidelity HSA Accounts

There is an ongoing issue with Fidelity HSA accounts. Due to the way Fidelity sends the data, transaction information and cash balances are not sent to Quicken. As a result:

  • Transactions will not download for Fidelity HSA accounts in Quicken.
  • Cash balances will not automatically update.

We will continue to monitor this and provide updates if anything changes. In the meantime, we recommend that you manually update cash balances for your Fidelity HSA accounts in Quicken.

To be notified of updates as they become available, please click the bookmark ribbon located in the upper right. If you do not see the bookmark ribbon, please make sure that you are signed into the Quicken Community.

    RESOLVED 1/22/26

    This issue has been marked as resolved, and new transactions are now downloading for affected Fidelity HSA accounts.

    However, some users may notice that transactions dated approximately 10/3/25 through 12/19/25 are not downloading automatically. Transactions posted after 12/19/25 should now download as expected.

    If transactions within the affected date range are missing, they may need to be entered manually or reconciled using placeholders or cash balance adjustments to correct holdings and balances.

    This Alert will remain available for those who may still be experiencing issues. If you continue to encounter problems or need assistance correcting missing transactions, we recommend reaching out to Quicken Support for further help.
