Wells Fargo Home Mortgage no longer updating Quicken Classic Deluxe for Mac
Quicken states that it cannot connect to the Account, even though connections to WFargo Checking and Savings are both connecting and continue to work fine. Quicken further prompts to attempt Reconnecting again. Continues to fail after many attempts.
I logged in to WFargo's website to see if I could download mortgage account updates and that is no longer offered. Instead, for 'details' we are forwarded to an entirely new web page for WFargo mortgages.
Anyone having trouble? Has anyone reconnected successfully?

To better assist you, could you please provide the following details?
- Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: iCloud, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
- Are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect?
- Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far?
- If so, what were they?
- Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts?
- If so, does disabling it make any difference?
- Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running that may be interfering with Quicken?
- If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists?
- When did this issue first start occurring?
- Were there any significant changes to your system or software before the issue began (updates, new installations, etc.)?
- Could you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?
- If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Thank you Anja! I just tried to reconnect again and solved my own problem. While WFargo has created a new web page for mortgage account details, it is not related to the problem as I suspected earlier. Instead, the problem was simply that when I was prompted to reconnect previously, the default connection type pre-selected for me was 'Direct Connect' instead of the lesser Quicken Connect. My WFargo mortgage account only functions with Quicken Connect and fails under 'Direct Connect'. Other users may want to know that Checking and Savings accounts work fine with Direct Connect, but WF Mortgage does not.
My problem is solved but I greatly appreciate your response & concerns, and the function of this community. Thank you.
