Deactivating and Reactivating Bank of America Accounts. Essential buttons still missing.

My Bank of America accounts no longer allow me to download transactions for Quicken, so I'd like to set up Express Web Connect. However, when I go to the Online Services tab for the accounts, there is no Deactivate button (please see the attached screenshot). Please advise.

Hello @CAil,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. If you haven't already done so, please make a backup of your file, navigate to Tools>Add Account, and follow the prompts. When you get to the add/link screen in Quicken, make sure to carefully link the account to the existing account in Quicken.
