Fidelity Visa

All of my accounts with Fidelity (except Visa) are downloading fine. Just a few days ago, all Visa transactions have stopped downloading. I can manually download from web site, but not OSU. And even though I have used manual download, I have then gone back and deactivated ALL Fidelity accounts and reactivated, but no joy. Is this an Elan or Fidelity thing, or is it a me thing?

Any thoughts?

    Hello @Steve Sexson,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

    • Are you seeing any error messages/codes?
    • Has the problem account had any transactions post in the last 90 days?
    • Which connection option are you using for your Fidelity Visa (Elan Financial Services or Fidelity Investments).
      • If you have tried both connection options, are you encountering the same issue on both, or are you seeing different behavior?

I look forward to your reply!

This time I deactivated just Visa thru Fidelity, and reactivated just Visa thru Elan. This time the Elan worked. I am perplexed, but happy I am at least getting transactions to download.

Me too. My Fidelity Visa account stopped updating also on Jan 30 ± 1 day. I tried deactivating all Fidelity accounts and reactivating. I then did a one-step update. Missing transactions still did not appear, neither pending nor past posted.

I was able to fix it (ish) over the weekend. While I still don't understand why Fidelity Visa OSU stopped downloading transactions thru Fidelity, I was able to get Elan to work. The short answer to the Elan fix was…embarrassingly just a password mess up on my part 🙄 [Edited - Lanaguage]

    Thank you for the follow-up,

I'm glad to hear that connecting via Elan allowed you to download transactions!

No error codes, just no transaction download via Fidelity

I'm also seeing this issue. I download from Fidelity, not Elan. I did a reset yesterday and my new transactions then downloaded. But today, not luck. I am using express web connect+ and windows 11 home, as well as the latest version of Quicken Deluxe(updated today). There are no error codes and my other fidelity accounts seem to download correctly.

So I just switched to Elan and downloaded my newest transactions. I'll update if I continue to have success.
