    Again this morning, accounts not updating with message "unknown error".

    Hello @Watson Creek,

    Thank you for letting us know you're still encountering an issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

    • Were you initially seeing a CC-501 error?
    • If you were, when did the error switch to "unknown error"
    • If you were not, then when did you first notice this issue?
    • Is this happening only with Elevations Credit Union?
      • If not, what other financial institutions are impacted?

    If you haven't already done so, please make a backup of your file, deactivate the problem account(s), then reconnect the problem account(s) by navigating to Tools>Add Account, and following the prompts. On the add/link screen, make sure to carefully link the account(s) to the correct nickname in Quicken.
