    I'm on Windows 11 and having a similar issue with my MS CashPlus account. Payroll deposited and it shows at MS but the CashPlus account doesn't update and show this transaction.

    • When did you first notice this issue?
    • Was it previously coming in correctly?
    • Does your Payroll deposit reflect in Quicken as a split transaction?
      • If it does, do you have an income reminder for it, using the paycheck wizard?

    I think I solved my issue. It may have been due to a change I made. Not 100% sure but now MS seems to be working.
