What do you mean you "can not get this account"?

When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" & "Financial Institution" columns for the account.

And, when you do HELP, About Quicken, what is your Release and what is your Subscription Valid until date?

My EZCardInfo (Everbank) just started working again today (2/9/2026 @ 2PM ET). Instead of CC-502 it prompted me for a 2SV PIN which went via my mobile. Done a few downloads since OK without PIN prompting again, so hopefully it won't prompt for 2SV too frequently as that would be a nuisance when doing all my many downloads in one pass. Time will tell…
