    Hello everyone,

    I completely understand the frustration here, especially since this has now been ongoing. It’s definitely disruptive when a reliable connection suddenly stops working.

    While it might seem like a simple fix since you can still log in to the Venmo app or website, these CC-502 (and FDP-102 on Mac) errors typically point to a backend communication issue between the bank's servers and Quicken's aggregation service. This often requires significant coordination and testing between multiple technical teams (both on our end and on the financial institution's end)to resolve.

    Current Status:

    • Active Investigation: This remains a Known Issue and is being tracked internally.
    • Priority: It has not been deprioritized; our teams are actively working with our service providers and the financial institution to restore the connection.
    • Updates: We are posting all progress directly to the Community Alert.

    We know how important this functionality is for your daily tracking and appreciate your continued patience. As soon as an ETA or a fix is available, it will be updated on that alert page.

    Just tried adding Venmo to Quicken went throught 3 2FA. Received 4 downloaded transactions. Balance confirmed with App. So far, it's fixed.. (for now..)

    I guess I'm the first to post that it seems to have been fixed as of at least a few days ago. I've been able to reconnect both my family's accounts . Thanks.

    Still getting cc-503 errors on Venmo, Amazon, Belks, Sam's credit card, and ALLY. Spent an hour plus on the phone is finally it is being moved up the technical ladder. I did not receive a case number so I can't track it!!
