Unable to get a breakdown by account of Cash in various Investment accounts

Tried just the accounts that I have and All. What kind of report can I create?

I printed out Portfolio Value and Cost but cannot see the breakdown, weird, and losing faith.

I have always kept separate Excel spreadsheets to prove my data, but have not been able to over the 2025 year end.

    Hello @Tealeaf3,

    Thank you for reaching out! What exact information are you trying to see? For example, if you're trying to see the total cash balance of your investments, broken down by account, you could make a Portfolio Value report, and set the Subtotal by dropdown to account.

    Then click the gear at the upper right to customize it, and in the Securities tab, select just the top option: No security (includes cash).

    That will give you a report that shows cash totals broken down by account, with the total cash for all combined at the bottom.

    I hope this helps!

    I would love to have a widget to add to a dashboard that will show CASH balances in investment accounts, so you can see at a glance which accounts have invest-able cash.

    That's a great idea. You should propose it in the Ideas section!

    I would use such a feature!

    @Scott Hearan

    You can configure the Portfolio Value report to include the accounts and and securities you want (including No Security) and add it to the Toolbar for 1-click access.
