We are receiving contacts from customers who are unable to connect or update their accounts with Vancity Credit Union due to the following connection errors:

Quicken for Windows: CC-502

Quicken for Mac: FDP-102

It appears like the connection issues may be the result of a recent change on the FI site. Our team is actively investigating this and working toward a fix. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we resolve the issue.
