CC-501 for multiple accounts this morning

CC-501 for credits cards: Discover, Exxon, Chase, Citi, Visa, MasterCard, and Fidelity Investments.

A few updates worked correctly: TD Bank, Wells Fargo, Discover Bank, PayPal.

Tried it 3 times with the same failures.

    What to do next:

    • Please wait about 24 hours, then try updating again.
    • If the CC-501 error is still occurring after that, the next step would be to contact Quicken Support, as they may need to review your log files to help identify and escalate the issue if needed.

    I asked Google Gemini AI how to fix the CC-501 problem. It suggested that I sign out of Quicken desktop using the "sign on as a different user" but then sign on using my normal userid and password. This corrected the cc-501 problem (at least for today).

    Signing out via Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different user, then signing back in with your same credentials, can sometimes refresh your Quicken ID session and reset connection tokens. In certain cases, that can resolve CC-501 errors, especially if they’re related to a temporary authentication or session issue.
