Error updating NetXinvestor accounts

    Since 2/6 (last accepted update), I have been getting a error message that Quicken is not connecting with my two accounts at NetXinvestor. There does not appear to be any problem when I connect directly with NetXinvestor, and I am confused by Quicken's error message about how I should resolve the problem. Help

What is the exact error message/code you are seeing when you attempt to connect/update your NetXinvestor accounts? If possible, please include a screenshot (with any personal information/account numbers redacted). If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot.
