Was there ever a resolution to Nordstrom Card?
I realized my online services was no longer setup. Then when started having problems I searched here and found status posts from last January.
The Nordstrom credit card site is nordstromcard.com, but the online account setup shows nordstrom.com. Not sure if that makes a difference.
I do get prompted to request a 2FA code.
Then this happens.
Quicken Classic Premier Version R65.29 Build 27.1.65.29
Windows 11 Pro Version 25H2

I reviewed your connections internally, and you are getting a CC-501, which is currently a Known Issue with Nordstrom.

I also have issues with Nordstrom credit card download, into Quicken Windows, since Nov 2025. I've been looking at lots of previous discussions on this website, and they are all closed even though the issues are not resolved. So forgive me for posting when my symptoms are different from this one.
Today, hooray ALMOST, I got transactions downloaded from the Nordstrom Visa. Yay, ALMOST, because every transaction is reversed, meaning they are shown as payments when they are charges.
PLEASE PLEASE get this feature fixed. It's now been 4 months, and of course from Nov 2024 thru about July or August 2025, the same feature from the same credit card was also not working. So we paying Quicken customers hardly ever got successful downloads for a long time, and we're still not getting successful downloads. PLEASE PLEASE fix it. This Quicken product exceeds the definition of low quality. It would have to be improved from not working at all, to working some of the time, in order to be low quality. It is lower than low quality.

Today I get an error from Nordstrom credit card. No data. Same old same old. Quicken is extremely poor quality for credit card downloads! Hasn't worked for most of 1.5 years!

I just noticed something odd when typing in Nordtrom in the search field for Add Account: There are 2 different Nordstrom Card Account listings. In the picture below:
- The one highlighted in yellow is the one that has the URL for www.nordstrom.com.
- The blue shaded one is the one that has the URL for www.nordstromcard.com.
My guess is that one of these is incorrect and should probably be removed. Does anyone know which one is the correct one to use?

I checked my online services tab tonight and saw a message about a new way to connect. After entering my credentials and getting two 2FA codes it finally worked and downloaded transactions.

I take that back. Everything is reversed. Payments I made are showing up as charges.
Charges are showing up as payments.
I'm currently on R66.23 Build 27.1.66.23.

Thank you for updating this discussion with your progress.
While there is still an Open Alert for this financial institution, it seems the situation is transforming for some. Given that you are now seeing transactions download incorrectly, it is best to contact Quicken Support directly. They will be able to collect log files and transaction examples from you and process an escalation for this if needed.
