    Hello Everyone,

Thank you to @ocazted & @rodney1259 for sharing that your Rocket Mortgage connections are now working —it’s really helpful for others following this thread to know that the new workflow is successfully connecting for some users. We appreciate you taking the time to report back!

@Tim A & @Mitch104—I’ve checked your accounts internally, and it appears that your most recent connection attempts show as successful on our side. Could you confirm if you are still seeing issues on your end?

Please keep in mind that the Community Alert for Rocket Mortgage/Mr. Cooper is still considered active and ongoing. While some users are now successfully connecting, the alert remains open because others may still experience connection challenges depending on timing, account type, or backend factors at the financial institution.

Thank you all for your patience and for continuing to share your experiences!

I get the same thing…. It authorizes the connection but then login failure.

Thanks rodney1259  for the tip, I just removed the Mr. Cooper Connection and started fresh with the new Rocket Mortgage credentials I setup a month or so ago. Worked without issue. All looks good now.

Also no joy yet here. Mr Cooper now consistently (formerly inconsistently) reports connectivity challenges. (!) However, once I create a Rocket Mortgage account and set up my Rocket dashboard, Quicken will say it has successfully connected and downloaded my records. Except it has downloaded nothing. It shows my mortgage at zero and tells me, "Your loan is paid off." If only!
