Cannot download bank transactions
Win 11 using Quicken Classic Deluxe R65.29
I use to be able to download transactions from my bank and import them into Quicken, well apparently there's a new feature that prevents me from doing that now, The bank will only download as either a text file or an Excel file, neither works for quicken.
When I try to One Step Update I get a window, One Step Update Settings. I dont want to sync to cloud so that doesn't get checked and neither does download quotes and investment information. The Update now button stays greyed out. If I choose either of the those two boxes I get a info box popup that says "You are about to sync a file that is older than the cloud" , that sounds like a bad idea so I say no and then nothing happens.
As far as I know I've never put any info on the cloud and absolutely do not want to, that's why I use the desktop version. So how do I go about updating Quicken with recent bank transactions

What bank, as it's known in Q, and what type of account(s) are you trying to download into?
And, it's quite possible, based upon your description, that your bank decided to stop supporting Q.
