Unable to launch Quicken. Encountered an issue logging in.
Is anyone else having a problem launching Quicken? I can't get past the login screen to log into Quicken. Says we encountered an issue signing you in.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this problem. Do you use a VPN? If you do, turn it off and verify if that resolves the issue.
If the issue persists, or you don't use a VPN, then please contact Quicken Support directly for assistance with this issue, as they have tools we can't access on the Community, and they're able to escalate the issue as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
