Unable to launch Quicken. Encountered an issue logging in.
Is anyone else having a problem launching Quicken? I can't get past the login screen to log into Quicken. Says we encountered an issue signing you in.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this problem. Do you use a VPN? If you do, turn it off and verify if that resolves the issue.
If the issue persists, or you don't use a VPN, then please contact Quicken Support directly for assistance with this issue, as they have tools we can't access on the Community, and they're able to escalate the issue as needed. See my earlier question which seems to be related. I couldn't get Quicken Classic to open this morning and tried to reinstall from the .exe file. Now I'm dead in the water! I don't have VPN turned on, and I even paused my antivirus software (ESET) while running the install program.

Are you still seeing this problem? If you are, then please provide more details. What happens when you try to open Quicken? Are you prompted to log in, or are you running into issues before getting that far? Are you seeing any error messages/codes?
