Subscription failed to renew
Is anyone else having issues with getting a subscription renewed due to an apparent policy change which no longer allows payments to be made from outside of the US/Canada. I have been using Quicken Deluxe for many years from Australia and also use LifeHub. According to support I can no longer renew my subscription due to this change.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. Unfortunately, our ability to assist is limited, since Quicken is not available outside the US and Canada.
Support may have unintentionally explained the issue incorrectly. The policy hasn't changed. What changed was our payment processing. The current way payments are processed is much more likely to reject payment from outside the US and Canada.
You're not the only customer frustrated by this. In an earlier discussion, linked below, purchasing through a retail outlet was recommended. I'm not sure if that's an option for the Canadian version of Quicken.
