One Step Update - The server is not responding correctly. Please try again later.

When doing a one-step update or retrieving quotes, I am getting "One Step Update - The server is not responding correctly. Please try again later." This has been happening for two days.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest you do the following:

    • Close Quicken
    • Shutdown Windows and power down your PC/laptop
    • Power down and reboot your Internet router. Wait for it to fully restart (may take a few minutes)
    • Power up and reboot your computer
    • Wait for Windows to fully wake up and do what it usually does when starting. Give it 10 minutes or so
    • Start Quicken.
    • Go to Edit /Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    • Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
    • Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.

    Now try to run another One Step Update.
