I just upgraded to Version 8.5.1 (Build 805.60122.100) - PROBLEMS

I updated my software (multiple times as it kept asking me to do it again). Now the software is updated, yet it can't open/convert the database, including the backup it stored prior to update. How do I get it to reconfigure the db to match the software?

    I have some follow-up questions for you:

    • When did this issue begin?
    • Are you running any VPN, antivirus, or malware software like Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, or Intego?
    • Have you rebooted your computer recently?
    • Are you receiving an error that the database cannot be converted?
      • When does this error occur? Is it when you try opening Quicken, or when performing a certain action in Quicken?
    • What Operating System are you running?
