    This morning I performed a normal One Step Update, and it downloaded 3 recent transactions. There are still lots of missing transactions, and even some from the same days of the 3 that downloaded. I'm guessing it's not fully resolved, but this is a bit promising to see some progress. It's the first time I've seen any downloaded transactions since before Feb 23.

    Based on @dpstephens message I tried an update and my checking account downloaded a transaction that posted yesterday (3/10). Still missing 12 transactions between 2/23 and 3/9. I currently have two pending transactions, so we'll see if they download after they post.

    I just tried OSU updates for my accounts. The OSU for 1 account nothing. The OSU for the other account I got transactions from 3/8 thru 3/10 (8 total), not sure that is all of them not logging into the bank and playing what should of downloaded. Still missing all the transactions prior to that (like 50+ for all accounts affected), so I will say progress is being made, they just need to get us the rest of the 2 weeks worth of transactions. The account that had nothing download is because nothing cleared that account from 3/8 thru 3/10, so not sure if that OSU is working or not. I want to add that I did OSU's early this morning and there was nothing so whatever happened was in the normal after 9 am OSU if you get what I am saying.

    Just FYI, I still have nothing downloading since mid February, but hoping above comments means they're working on it.

    Hello @Quicken Kristina,

    One transaction from yesterday (3/10/2026), downloaded today from PNC Bank to Quicken.

    Should we assume that moving forward transaction will be downloaded; however, from 02/23 to yesterday will not?

    Same Issues. No downloads since 2/23. Appears bills are getting registered and paid though. Many hours on phone w PNC. Any update when this will get resolved? Had month and a half of same issue in Fall. So frustrating!!!!

    My PNC account downloaded to transactions this morning. First since Feb 23. One was the interest payment.

    For me, OSU downloaded more newly posted transactions today. I'm hopeful this is fixed going forward, but it doesn't appear the fix will retroactively download our missing transactions from the outage period.

    Same result as @dpstephens. Two transactions posted today and were downloaded into Quicken. Not sure if I should go ahead and manually add the missing transactions or continue to wait for a "fix".

    Please add me to this ticket as well. I have the same issue. I am not able to download any transactions from PNC. I am able to get transactions from other institutions. Any idea when this fix will be in place?

    Still happening - connects fine - supposedly 'works' - but online balance it gets is old and it gets no new transactions - since approximately 02/20/2026

    @Quicken Kristina the transaction that I mentioned earlier was not a pending transaction, but it was a transfer between my PNC biz checking and my PNC biz credit card.

    Also, just now I tried downloading transactions and got 25 transactions to download, however 3 transactions were doubled and it's clear that a lot is missing because numbers aren't lining up with my account.

    On my main personal checking, it looks like it may have downloaded most things from 3/7-3/11, but I'm missing everything from 2/23-3/7.

    This is getting messy really fast. I've been using Quicken since 1997 and I've never had this problem.

    I reported that I am having download issues a few days ago. Today, I was able to receive downloaded transactions that were matched and cleared with March dates, plus one from February, representing a month-end interest deposit. A couple of early March "direct" withdrawals did not get matched. An odd thing occurred after I matched all transactions and deleted the interest deposit transaction (it was a duplication to an entry I made earlier) the account reconciliation box popped open, and it has some crazy things happening there.

    The online balance finally got updated. It seems to be off by a day, when I compare running balances. So odd, as that was always in agreement.

    So, win some, breakeven on some and not sure about late February transactions (when this issue started) that I will have to handle manually. "It" feels like my quicken file/database made some progress towards agreement to my checkbook and to PNC.

    I also downloaded and the balance does match PNC and a transaction from yesterday was downloaded so I am now getting up to date transactions being downloaded. I'm not sure if all the older ones were downloaded as I have been clearing those manually.

    I still have a few missing transactions to download and match to the ones I created manually.

    The online balance reported at the bottom matches the balance at PNC and also matches the balance field in the transactions list.

    I am happy; I will be happier as new transactions download moving forward, and I don't have to enter them manually anymore.

    I have the same issue. Yesterday, a number of transactions came through but am still missing a few from the end of February and early March. Will the rest of those missing transactions come through or do we manually have to load them?

    Downloading from PNC is still not working correctly for me. I noticed that the text that states the last download date is missing from the Quicken account's transaction page.

    I did have two transactions download on 3/12/2026. One was an EFT from my cell phone service and the other was a PNC interest payment.

    Now I got transactions from march 1 but everything from Feb 23 - March 8th is missing. I downloaded the transactions from the bank manually and imported them. Please advise if this is going to be problem once the entire issue is fixed I don't want to clean up duplicate transactions. Can you tell us if this is a pnc or quicken issue and if it is pnc where to report these issues.

    Thank you for the update,

    Since this is an issue with a Direct Connect connection, the issue is most likely on PNC's side. If you contact PNC about it, you would likely need to speak with their tech support.

    When you import transactions using Web Connect/QFX, there is a chance that duplicate transactions will download, since it will be harder for Quicken to recognize that the transaction is already in your register.

    Thank you for the response.

    This issue has been extremely frustrating for many of us who rely on Quicken for accurate financial tracking. If the root cause is on PNC’s side with Direct Connect, I’m curious whether Quicken leadership is actively engaging with PNC to communicate the level of customer impact these issues are causing.

    Many of us have been dealing with missing or delayed transactions and manual imports, which creates additional work and the risk of duplicate transactions later when downloads resume normally.

    If direct feedback from customers would help Quicken escalate the issue with PNC, I’m sure many of us—including myself—would be happy to provide testimonials or written feedback describing the impact. Sometimes hearing directly from mutual customers can help move these issues forward faster.

    Thanks again for the update, and I appreciate any additional information you can share on whether Quicken and PNC are actively working together to resolve the underlying problem.

    So didn't have power Friday and didn't get a chance to check the status of my accounts till today. I have 2 different OSU that I run. All had transactions come thru. I have varying dates coming thru within all 7 accounts. The 1 OSU gave me some current March transaction with 2 from 2/25 and 2/26, still missing several older transactions. On the other OSU some accounts pulled in current and not old and other accounts pulled in only old, from 2/23, but nothing past that. So it is all over the board for that OSU and all those accounts have been there since I started OSU and direct connect. I was told by PNC that I should here something on my ticket 7-10 days well Friday was my 7th day and still have not heard from the person handling my ticket. So it looks like they are working on it and old transactions will eventually come thru but apparently they haven't fixed the issue yet. It is affecting me doing bank recons. I refuse to manually clear as I want to be able to see if it is working or not.

    Since transactions are now downloading, I decided to manually enter missing ones. I'll just keep an eye out for duplicate transactions if they download.

    @Quicken Kristina - Current transactions seem to be downloading correctly and consistently. However, transactions between 2/23 and 3/9 never downloaded so I entered them into Quicken manually and marked them as reconciled. If PNC/Quicken "fixes" the issue and transactions from that time period download it'll be easy to identify and delete any duplicates.
